Procedure:
1 ¡¢ Fill application form, post or fax to hosting side.
2 ¡¢After receiving application form, hosting side will notify exhibitor to pay for fees.
3 ¡¢Exhibitors should pay 50 percent of the rent fees( in USD or RMB). The left should be paid before May 28th,2004. Welcome to pay all the fees for one time.
4¡¢ After receiving reservation fees, hosting side will arrange reserved space.
5¡¢ Hosting side will send a formal verification and notice of calendar, including decoration, renting tools, power requirement, products transportation guideline and lodgement.
